Key Responsibilities:

We provide timely and accurate financial data for effective budget monitoring, including variance analysis for stakeholders. We also review, post journals, and investigate errors in our systems.

  • Generate accurate monthly management reports and financial data.
  • Review, post journals, and investigate errors in SAP and Business Warehouse systems.
  • Contribute to the development of collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular meetings.
  • Assist in the creation of forecasts and financial models to identify implications.
  • Ensure compliance with Government financial legislation and departmental policies for asset capitalization.
  • Enhance finance functions by reviewing and refining systems, procedures, and reporting methods.
  • Provide professional expertise in project accounting and asset management.
  • Ensure adherence to Government financial legislation and departmental policies for financial reporting and operational matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated SAP experience in relation to cost centre accounting, strong analytical and problem solving skills, thorough knowledge of legislation and policies relating to financial and operational issues, ability to provide advice and guidance, and tertiary qualifications in the fields of Finance, Business or other related study.
