We are seeking a skilled HR Consultant to join our team at The Next Step, a reputable Not-for-Profit organisation in Melbourne. As an experienced HR professional, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our HR processes and implementing efficient systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Process Mapping:** Analyse and document existing HR processes to identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements and DFAT ANCP Accreditation standards.
  • **System Improvement:** Evaluate current systems and recommend enhancements to optimise performance, leveraging your expertise in HRIS implementation and systems similar to Employment Hero.
  • **Efficiency Analysis:** Identify and address inefficiencies in existing HR processes, proposing effective process improvements and change management strategies.
  • **Compliance Assurance:** Ensure all processes meet safeguarding requirements, including DFAT ANCP Accreditation standards, and provide recommendations for enhancing employee lifecycle management.
  • **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with HRIS systems, especially those similar to Employment Hero, experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Go1 LMS), strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
