Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  2. Shift Management: Manage daily shift operations, including administrative tasks and associate management.
  3. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Training and Development: Develop and implement training plans to enhance associate skills and knowledge.
  5. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  6. Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, area managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 12 hours, and perform frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
