Underground Mechanical Specialist

We are seeking skilled underground mechanical tradespeople to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, commission, maintain and operate complex mining equipment.
- Detect and resolve mechanical and hydraulic issues promptly.
- Ensure a safe working environment by following established protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Underground Coal Mining.
- A recognized certificate of proficiency in a mechanical trade.
- Thorough knowledge of underground mining equipment and machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
