Underground Production Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Underground Production Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have extensive experience in underground mechanized mining and proven supervisory skills.

  • Job Description:

This role involves providing effective leadership for the development of a crew, supporting and mentoring their progress, and addressing any issues that may arise. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and prioritizing improvement opportunities, formulating alternatives to systems and methods, and assisting with the implementation of change management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of planning and forecasting knowledge, experience in using Microsoft Office and mining software, including SAP and INX, and a valid Driver's License, WA Dangerous Goods Card, and Working at Heights certification.
