Job Description

We are seeking a key member to join our major water project, which aims to provide a more efficient and integrated water system to cater to the growth of NSW and maintain and enhance outstanding environmental outcomes.

This water project delivers services across the full water cycle, including major pipelines, large pumping stations, advanced water, wastewater, and recycling treatment.

The Sustainability Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing technical advice, undertaking sustainability assessments, sustainability rating submissions, and participating in multi-disciplinary teams across this project and others nationally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability data and reporting requirements.
  • Participation in sustainability programs such as Workforce Culture & Wellbeing Plan and Diversity Equity & Inclusion Plan working groups.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in development and implementation of Stakeholder Engagement Strategy.
  • Alignment of waste management initiatives with project priorities.
  • Development and maintenance of key relationships with other project functions and support of communication of sustainability matters to management and project staff.
