Event Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Event Specialist to lead and develop end-to-end events that showcase our conservation program.

  • Lead event planning and execution

The Role

This role is critical in building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and large corporate supporters through engagement and offering experiences that connect them to our projects.

You will work closely with marketing and communications colleagues to design events collateral and tell our story in a compelling and engaging way.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an annual program of events highlighting our conservation program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Donor Communications Manager and Development team on donor events
  • Delve into external events engagements profiling us and our leadership
  • Develop and implement event-related initiatives contributing to stewarding priority donors
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum 5 years' professional experience
  • Understanding and working in the NFP sector
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing annual program of in-person and virtual events
  • Ability to manage broad group of stakeholders and communicate priorities and requirements
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
