Job Title:

Inventory Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate national inventory planning activities for nominated product portfolios.
  • Create and manage master data related to products and suppliers.
  • Report on portfolio performance, variance forecasts, and inventory stock targets.
  • Optimize inventory levels, slow-moving stock, quarantined items, and obsolete stock.
  • Prepare shipping plans and forward purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product and supplier data.
  • Support stakeholders with inventory-related queries.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end Inventory Analyst roles, where the individual has been responsible for planning, forecasting, and purchasing.
  • Strong organisational skills, managing multiple and diverse tasks.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of international shipping and inventory management.
  • A highly analytical mindset, with a result-oriented focus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics and/or business-related disciplines preferred.
