The Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead governance on crisis management, supporting areas across the organization and its partners.
- Coordinate emergency response notifications, escalations, and communications across the region.
- Maintain a centralized database of incident records, ensuring knowledge-sharing and effective crisis management.
- Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams, public affairs, human resources, legal, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement crisis management processes and governance requirements locally and regionally.
- Engage with senior leadership to provide updates on crisis responses, risks, and action plans.
- Support global risk management initiatives and training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Effective Communication: Ability to coordinate and communicate clearly across various teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of information during crises.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Possess the ability to assess and develop tactical plans to mitigate risks, whether under quality, safety, security, or HR-related aspects.
