A Key Leadership Role in Hotel Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving excellence in quality and productivity.

About the Role:

  • Staff Management: Effective management and development of staff through training, rostering, work allocation and performance improvement.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records of room counts, payroll and billing.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with hospitality industry standards and regulations, and assuming responsibility for workplace safety and accountability for the health and safety of employees and the working environment.
  • Quality Control: Conducting daily room inspections to ensure duties are completed to meet service standards and guaranteed arrival times.
  • Outsourcing Experience: Previous experience with outsourcing is highly valued.
