Our Store Managers play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operation of our retail arm, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with our Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience.

You will be responsible for coaching effective selling and customer service skills to our store team members.

The ideal candidate will have previous optical or retail managerial level work experience, with 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager (or similar) or higher management position.

They will also be able to demonstrate experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws.

We are looking for effective and caring leaders who are organised, able to think on their feet and make good decisions that support the continued growth of our brand.

  • Previous optical or retail managerial level work experience required.
