Store Management Opportunity

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our store operations in Melbourne, VIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of store operations to ensure seamless performance
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences through effective service and support
  • Management of store staff, including scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluation
  • Implementation of loss prevention measures to safeguard store assets
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and monitoring key performance metrics
  • Inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy control

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in store management and retail loss prevention
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in the fashion retail industry is an advantage
  • Relevant certifications or training in retail management
