Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and trustworthy individual to manage sensitive tasks, such as time and attendance, labour costing, credit card approvals, and coordinating team events and presentations.

This role requires strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and take initiative without direction.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of WHS and environmental legislation, proven experience supporting infrastructure construction projects in dynamic environments, and be skilled in navigating complex environments with adaptability and resilience.

Proficiency in digital tools, such as Team Binder, InEight, Maximo, and Microsoft Office Suite, is also required.

This position may involve travel to construction sites, and a current NSW Driver's Licence is necessary.
