About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Category Planning team as a Demand Planner. This individual will thrive on data, collaboration, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Demand Planner will work closely with Buying and Supply Planning teams, as well as suppliers, to develop go-to-market plans and forecasts for the Front-of-Shop and Over-the-Counter business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts by blending historical data with market insights.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure inventory levels meet business needs.
  • Driving the S&OP/IBP process, contributing to strategic planning and performance reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in demand planning tools and systems.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Demand or Supply Planning, preferably within the Healthcare or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and other forecasting tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a calm and adaptable approach under pressure.
