Job Summary

This exciting entry-level opportunity is designed to support the end-to-end recruitment of our in-store Sales Assistant positions for our Bonds, Bras N Things, and Sheridan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment team with the sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing of candidates for Sales Assistant roles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to create and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize our talent acquisition systems to manage the recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, reference checks, and assessments to ensure the best fit for our retail team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain a high level of recruitment expertise.
Requirements
  • Availability to work a fixed-term contract until the 30th of June 2025.
  • Experience in retail recruitment, with knowledge of our retail environment and the qualities we look for in shopfront staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and drive.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
