Office Leasing Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Office Leasing to drive business development and growth within our commercial real estate organization. Based in North Sydney or the CBD, this role will involve leading leasing campaigns from pitch through to negotiation and deal execution.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this position, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in office leasing within a commercial agency environment.
  • A strong client network and proven track record of leasing deals in the Sydney market.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while leading others.
  • A current NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
About the Role

In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for driving business development and securing leasing appointments across Sydney's metropolitan and CBD markets. You will also lead the leasing team, mentor junior agents, and contribute to the firm's broader growth strategy.
