Regional SHE Manager Opportunity

We seek a skilled Regional Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Manager to provide strategic resources, solutions and support for operational excellence in safety and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships between headquarters and branch locations through regular site visits, coaching and training of SHE teams.
- Conduct comprehensive compliance reviews, safety surveys and identify training needs to improve SHE programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans aligned with corporate SHE goals.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage regional administration, including the Risk/SHE Management Information System and interface with regulatory agencies as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in occupational safety, health or environmental management preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 70% of the time.
- Expert knowledge of SHE systems, policies and prevention/intervention strategies.
- Proven ability to influence teams without formal authority and strong coaching, training and motivational skills.
