Responsibilities include:

Supporting Operations

By promoting excellence, quality, and efficiency in data collection while meeting project deadlines

Being flexible with working hours to ensure smooth department operation

Managing performance and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

Key Selection Criteria

Understanding of managing casual field teams across CATI and F2F research

Strong computer skills, especially Excel, with willingness to improve

Demonstrated experience in F2F market research interviewing or transferable relevant skills

Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Desirable Attributes

Technical knowledge and ability to learn software quickly

Ability to delegate tasks and deliver on KPIs

Focus on client satisfaction and quality research
