We are seeking an experienced Environmental Advisor to provide structured, risk-based environmental support across refinery operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clear, practical environmental guidance to operational teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and ISO 14001:2018 Environmental Management System standards.
  • Lead or contribute to investigations into environmental incidents, spills, and exceedances, applying root cause analysis and preparing defensible reports for senior management and regulators.
  • Coordinate and mentor technicians delivering groundwater, surface water, air quality, and noise monitoring programs, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Support project planning, shutdowns, and infrastructure upgrades with structured risk assessments and control recommendations.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits, maintain compliance registers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver training sessions and site walkdowns to embed environmental awareness across all workgroups.
  • Engage with regulators and external stakeholders as required, representing the company in a professional manner.
