Job Responsibilities

This role is essential for overseeing the seamless operation of food and beverage services, ensuring complete customer satisfaction while adhering to departmental budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to all patrons. Build rapport with VIP and regular guests to anticipate and fulfill their needs. Implement systems to safeguard and manage food service equipment, accurately documenting any damages and conducting regular inventory checks. Establish and uphold a weekly cleaning regimen for food service areas to maintain the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards. Stay informed about and comply with relevant outlet and hotel liquor licensing regulations and House Management Policies. Keep your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification current, including any updates, and adhere to RSA principles. Welcome guests warmly, assist with inquiries and reservations, and enhance sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques. Accurately take orders and confirm them with guests to ensure clarity. Verify meals upon collection from the kitchen and deliver them to guests promptly to preserve temperature and presentation; ensure items are announced appropriately. Assist in roster preparation, ensuring that staffing levels are suitable and cost-effective at all times, with rosters approved by the relevant department head.

Required Qualifications:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a food and beverage environment, with prior supervisory experience being essential. Possession of a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (mandatory). Comprehensive knowledge of various beverages, including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails. Familiarity with Micros systems is desirable. Additional Benefits
