Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies to optimize business outcomes.
  • Implement, manage and report on risk and compliance obligations in accordance with frameworks, policies, risk strategy, regulatory requirements and risk appetite of the organization.
  • Promote a strong risk, compliance and controls culture to enhance risk/reward and achieve business objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact, escalation and oversight for the business in relation to the management of incidents, issues, controls, emerging risks and compliance obligations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive a pragmatic approach to develop a risk-first culture and awareness in day-to-day business decisions and strategic initiatives.

About You:

  • Must have a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a strategic and innovative thinker with excellent communication skills.
  • Hold relevant industry qualifications in risk, compliance, legal or finance and have experience supporting change initiatives and risk in change.
