About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Installations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of installations across our New Build Channel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling appointments and confirming future availability of install teams
  • Recruiting electricians nationally with a focus on VIC & NSW
  • Liaising via phone and email with installers, builders, and site supervisors
  • Resolving issues as they arise before arriving onsite and onsite
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in the construction industry (scheduling, project management, BDM)
  • Charm and persuasion skills
  • The ability to multitask
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
Bonus Points

If you have experience dealing with contractors or trades, negotiating trading terms or contracts, using Salesforce, or working with Google Sheets or Excel, these would be highly regarded.
