The Project Manager Role:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee projects and ensure timely completion, within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising subcontractors and labor resources, maintaining quality control, and driving productivity standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead site operations, coordinate subcontractors, trades, and labor resources.
  • Monitor labor productivity, cost-effective delivery, and program adherence.
  • Maintain quality control through inspections, compliance checks, and rectification management.
  • Oversee technical delivery, ensuring correct implementation of drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Drive WHS compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Manage procurement, logistics, and site resourcing requirements.
  • Track progress against the program, prepare reports, and contribute to project financial control.
Required Skills:
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage site teams.
  • Strong focus on cost control, labor management, and productivity outcomes.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical compliance.
  • Scheduling, sequencing, and resource allocation skills.
