Senior Consultant Role

The Senior Consultant position involves collaborating with clients and project teams to understand business objectives and organisational readiness.

You will be embedded in the project team, gaining a hands-on understanding of the solutions being delivered.

Key responsibilities include developing executable change impact assessments and business readiness plans, designing and developing change and communication plans, and providing support to the business during critical periods.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, including operations & transformations, designers, architects, cyber, and clinical experts.

In addition, you will plan and facilitate client workshops, work on client site to immerse yourself into the problem space, and benefit from personal training and development opportunities.

Qualifications and experience required include 3-5 years of experience as a Change Manager on digital transformation projects, a deep passion for improving patient and clinician experience through digital technologies, and experience working with healthcare organisations.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience is also necessary, as well as a willingness to travel within the country and strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed.
