About the Role

  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and customers, to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve testing capabilities and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading testing portfolios for large-scale programs, managing budgets, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Developing and implementing test frameworks, tooling, and governance models across Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative SDLCs.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the QA team.
