Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated team leader to oversee the efficient operation of our order fulfilment processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about coaching and supporting a team to achieve great results.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a pick and pack or logistics environment and possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, providing excellent service and inspiring the team to deliver accurate and efficient order fulfillment
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure a positive and productive workplace
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing training to maintain high operational standards
  • Support the team with picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders as required
  • Organise and oversee deliveries to ensure orders are dispatched in full and on time
  • Manage stock control, including loading and unloading products from delivery trucks
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire your team
  • A results-driven approach, balancing operational excellence and team engagement
  • Recent experience in a pick and pack or logistics environment
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • A proactive approach to safety and problem-solving
  • A current forklift licence is preferred but not essential
