Job Title: Centre Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and caring professional to join our team as a Centre Administrator. As a key member of our Centre Leadership, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming culture for our families, children, and staff.

  • Welcome families, children, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Conduct Centre tours, assist with enrolments and orientations, and introduce new families and staff to the service.
  • Utilize your administrative skills across various systems to manage enrolments and families' accounts.
  • Liaise with maintenance teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure our Centre presents well.
  • Apply your exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to handle difficult conversations.

Ideal Candidate

We would love for you to hold:

  • A current State relevant Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • A current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willing to obtain).
  • A Police Check and PRODA Number (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • The availability to work rostered shifts from Monday through to Friday for 37.5 hours per week.
