About the Role:

This role involves providing support to a senior leadership team and acting as a continuous source of guidance for a designated department. The individual in this position will oversee workflow, set an example for other team members, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

The key responsibilities of this position include setting an example of best service, supporting the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers, coaching the team on right service behaviors, assisting with inducting and training the team, ensuring merchandising standards align with business requirements, and coordinating stock.

What We're Looking For
