Job Overview

This role involves working with multinational FMCG companies across geographies to help them decide on new product launches and optimize initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their research objectives, project execution, and deliver results
  • Manage a team of ~4 analysts, overseeing the study process from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication
  • Analyze consumer data, develop and implement analytical/forecasting plans, providing report conclusions and recommendations that drive business growth
  • Coach and support junior analysts in project development and performance management, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a key client contact, consulting on study design and outcomes/implications, leveraging expertise to inform strategic decisions
  • Effectively lead client meetings and results presentations, delivering compelling insights and actionable recommendations
  • Write reports answering client business questions, demonstrating ownership for every project and ensuring timely delivery
  • Construct and implement analytical/forecasting plans, driving business outcomes and exceeding client expectations
  • Coach and support more junior analysts in the development of their projects, empowering them to take ownership and achieve success
