We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Consultant to join our Retail Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping a world where people and communities thrive.

As a Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customers with a seamless banking experience, meeting their end-to-end financial needs and goals, and educating them on the financial solutions available.

You will have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, have in-depth needs-based conversations, and fulfill products as per your accreditation level.

Our ideal candidate will be a strong customer advocate, able to multi-task, and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity. They will also be an active user and promoter of technology and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
