Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Client Experience Team to deliver exceptional client experiences.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Completed tertiary qualifications in nursing, allied health, or a related healthcare discipline.">
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a client-focused environment.">
  • Strong understanding of community aged care programs, including Home Care Packages (HCP), CHSP, and other funding streams.">
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering case management services, including care planning, client assessments, and service coordination.">
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.">
