About the Role

We're seeking a talented Customer Assistant to join our team at Dusk Erina. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a visually appealing store environment, showcasing our products in a way that inspires and delights customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our candles and homeware products, sharing your knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive store success, including sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities, transforming our store into a captivating and inspiring space that reflects the Dusk brand.
