This senior position involves working closely with clients, developing strategies to enhance property performance, leading a multi-disciplinary team, driving financial growth, and delivering exceptional service.

  • Assist with leasing campaigns and lease renewals
  • Maintain compliance with public liability, fire safety, and essential services
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess at least seven years' experience in property/asset management, preferably with a background in managing high-quality prime grade office assets. Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a high level of financial acumen.
