The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Studio Manager / Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing Studio Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our studio, including managing schedules, coordinating with team members, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Leading and Managing a Team: Lead and motivate a small team of photographers and booking consultants to achieve exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.
- Creating Exceptional Customer Experiences: Deliver uplifting and empowering experiences for customers through meaningful conversations, personalized service, and attention to detail.
- Booking Photo Sessions and Design Sale Consultations: Book photo sessions and conduct design sale consultations to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales KPI targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run Studio Operations Efficiently: Ensure the efficient operation of the studio, including managing schedules, coordinating with team members, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and Motivate Team Members: Lead and motivate a small team of photographers and booking consultants to achieve exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.
- Deliver Uplifting and Empowering Experiences: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through meaningful conversations, personalized service, and attention to detail.
- Build Strong Relationships with Clients: Build strong relationships with clients through meaningful conversations and personalized service.
- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales KPI targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 Years' Experience in a Management/Leadership Role: Proven experience in a management or leadership role, with a track record of success in sales and customer experience.
- Proven Success in Sales: Demonstrated success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- High Energy and Self-Motivation: High energy and self-motivation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent Organisational, Time Management, and Communication Skills: Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
