Job Title: Marketing Professional

This is a 12-month fixed-term role based at our Sydney office.

The role involves driving excellence across the Consumer Marketing team by focusing on key areas such as culture, capability, enablement, and strategy.

As a marketing professional, you will coordinate activities across the Consumer Marketing team to help deliver shared priorities of the business and drive consistency and efficiency of marketing campaigns.

The team works closely with other marketing CoEs including Brand & Creative, Business & Institutional Marketing, Media, and Customer Insights and Research.

On any given day, you will:

  • Coordinate planning and execution to optimise impact and effectiveness.
  • Support cross-team reporting, analysis, and communication of insights.
  • Manage operational efficiency and performance metrics.
  • Prepare communications tools to support key business priorities.
  • Shape the culture of the team by helping to deliver the engagement plan.
  • Support the execution of projects to drive positive outcomes.

Importantly, you will also:

  • Adapt and drive a strong risk culture in the team.
  • Maintain a values-based approach to work and way of working.
  • Comply with organisational policies and procedures.
