We are seeking a seasoned Event Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events, building strong relationships with venues and clients, and providing exceptional service delivery.

As an Event Coordinator, you will cultivate a collaborative relationship between our onsite team and venue management. You will oversee event staging services, manage client expectations, and ensure timely and effective execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate event requirements and create detailed plans to ensure successful execution.
  • Bid on new business opportunities, developing proposals that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, venue staff, and crew members to address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain accurate budgets, schedules, and timelines for all events.
  • Provide expert advice on audio-visual equipment, digital options, and crew requirements to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including venue managers, clients, and crew members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong sales and business acumen, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Experience with event software and technology is highly regarded.
