Job Description

This role requires a seasoned professional with previous experience managing the overall operation of a successful bottle shop. You will be responsible for driving sales, creating memorable customer experiences, and leading a team of customer service experts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sourcing and knowledge of fine wines, spirits, and beers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service professionals in delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships
  • Develop and implement in-store activations, tastings, and promotions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
