Leadership Role in Women's and Children's Health Services

The position of Clinical Director Women's and Children's offers a unique opportunity for an experienced medical professional to lead the departments of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Paediatrics.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, who can provide guidance and support to the Executive Director of Medical Services and the Nursing Director of Operations.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient utilisation of resources, effective integration of services, and delivery of high-quality care to patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and direction to the departments of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Paediatrics.
  • Offering expert advice and clinical support to the Executive Director of Medical Services and the Nursing Director of Operations.
  • Ensuring that resources are optimised, services are integrated effectively, and the highest standards of service delivery are achieved.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing the operational performance of the units with a high level of clinical and professional standards.
  • Conducting research initiatives and overseeing the delivery of undergraduate general medical education programs.
