About the OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Physiotherapy Department team in North Adelaide. As an Allied Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care activities for inpatients and outpatients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day service provision to support patient care activities
- Assisting with interventions in the inpatient and outpatient setting under the supervision of physiotherapists
- Routine testing of hydrotherapy pool chemical levels and water quality
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate 3 in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent
- High levels of professionalism and effective communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Physical strength, flexibility, and endurance sufficient for manual handling of patients and equipment
We offer a competitive salary package including:
- $58,709 to $63,154 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications
