About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at Peloton. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales specialists within our retail stores, providing excellent in-store experiences, and driving performance to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales specialists to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to ensure alignment with company objectives and goals
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on customer service and team management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Knowledge of sales principles, practices, and procedures, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service
