Role Highlights

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Glue Store, you will play a key role in delivering memorable and unrivaled customer experiences to every individual who walks through our doors. Your core mission is to provide exceptional service, ensuring that our customers feel valued and empowered in their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make our customers our top priority at all times
  • Take a creative and fun approach to selling, showcasing our products in a way that inspires and delights
  • Assist customers with queries, process sales, returns, and gift vouchers, providing seamless and hassle-free experiences
  • Support your Department Managers and share your product knowledge with customers, empowering them to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Escalate any customer complaints to management, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and professionally
  • Be part of a team that values itself and its members, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Empower one another to take ownership and accountability for results, driving continuous improvement and excellence
  • Contribute to a culture that celebrates successes and learns from experiences, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
  • Work under the guidance and support of your Store Manager, alongside your team, to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation
