Our Client Service Executive, Produced role is a key position within our Global Services Department, responsible for managing allocated Global Accounts and working closely with Assistant Client Service Executives to ensure timely and high-quality administrative activities

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Guide and support Assistant Client Service Executives in account handling activities
  • Support Chubb's business development and client relationship activities
  • Account handling and supporting Global Client Executive's and Underwriters on relevant account/activities
  • Ensure renewal terms are obtained from Controlling Underwriters and information passed to and agreed with the local Client/Broker as necessary
  • Communicate and build relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices, and other external parties

**Requirements:**

  • 3 to 5 years prior insurance and reinsurance industry knowledge across all commercial lines
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to an intermediate level of understanding
  • Ability to interpret information and strong problem-solving skills
  • Presentation and Training skills
  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
