Commercial Business Manager

The role involves managing a portfolio of key Banking and Financial Services (BFS) customers and referral partners within broker clients.
Identify new business and referral opportunities, assess economic value and risk potential, maintain and enhance the credit risk profile, implement local competitive sales campaigns and sell tailored Bank products and services.
Develop professional excellence through management of individual and team performance.
Implement annual business plans for the customer portfolio allocated.
Personally sanction BFS lending within own personal lending authorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Extensive experience as a retail/business banker.
- 4+ years within business banking and/or credit assessment.
- Deep knowledge across the range of Bank products and services.
- Understanding of business/commercial practices, with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience.
