About the Role

Otraco International is a world-leading provider of Earthmover/Off-road tyre management services to the mining industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our clients' mine sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a Safety Culture: Commit to working safely and promoting a culture of zero harm across all projects.
  • Manage Operations: Ensure that relevant legislative requirements are complied with on site, and assist with the investigation of hazards, incidents, and unsafe work conditions and equipment.
  • Client Support: Regularly meet with client representatives to discuss tyre performance and Otraco's service, and provide support to Otraco site teams to comply with Otraco and Client policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Reporting and Auditing: Prepare client reports that meet Otraco's professional standards, and conduct audits of Suppliers and assessment of Products to ensure effective delivery of service to clients.
  • Team Support: Assist with the development of the Otraco Group's market share, through active promotion of our array of Earthmover Tyre Management Services, and support any tender submissions for new Otraco projects.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive industry experience (10+ years) in the fitting of OTR tyres and the management of mine-based OTR operations.
  • Extensive supervisory/area manager experience, specifically the ability to provide support to geographically dispersed teams.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs, including Excel & Word.
  • Good knowledge of OHS legislation, discipline, and practice.
