The Regional Finance Director is responsible for driving financial performance and enabling growth across the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) and South Asia regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with business objectives
  • Analysis of trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability
  • Evaluation of investment opportunities and assessment of return on investment
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Presenting financial reports and key performance indicators to executive stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and enhancing financial processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in finance roles within multinational or regional organizations
  • Strong commercial and/or supply chain finance experience
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Proven leadership across diverse, multi-country teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in tools like OneStream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI, and Excel
