As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful adoption and effective governance of our SharePoint Records Management System.

About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead user training initiatives, provide expert-level support, and develop governance documents to ensure compliance with records management regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SharePoint administration, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to users on SharePoint best practices and features
  • Create high-quality training materials, including user guides and instructional videos
  • Provide expert-level support to resolve SharePoint-related inquiries and issues
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with records management regulations
  • Develop and implement governance documents to ensure effective records management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
