Job Opportunity: Casual Field Auditor

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual to conduct compliance audits on a flexible monthly schedule.
  • The successful candidate will perform surprise compliance audits at vehicle and asset dealerships across designated regional areas.
  • They will verify and reconcile floor stock under finance arrangements using mobile technology.
  • Professionally engaging with dealers across various industries (automotive, agricultural, hospitality, retail) is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will utilise RS systems (AIMS) and client field apps on mobile devices.
  • They will verify VIN/serial numbers, check odometers, and photograph assets.
  • Maintaining detailed records and providing comprehensive audit reports is crucial for this position.
  • The selected individual will work autonomously across diverse retail locations and trading environments.

Requirements:

  • A minimum availability of 5 days per month is required (flexible scheduling available).
  • A valid Driver's License is mandatory for this role.
  • Strong proficiency with mobile devices and technology systems is essential.
  • The ability to work in various outdoor environments is also necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are must-haves for this position.
  • The successful candidate should be able to work independently.
  • A satisfactory National Police Check is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in automotive, agricultural, hospitality, retail, or real estate industries would be an advantage.
  • A background in financial services, audit, or compliance would be beneficial.
  • Self-employed or contracting experience could be an asset.
  • Field work experience (trades, farming, courier, etc.) could provide relevant skills.
  • Asset verification and tracking experience would be highly valued.
