Job Opportunity: Experienced Field Auditor

Overview of the Role:

  • We are seeking a diligent field auditor to conduct regular compliance audits on a flexible schedule.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting surprise audits at vehicle and asset dealerships across designated regional areas.
  • The field auditor will verify and reconcile floor stock under finance arrangements using mobile technology.
  • Effective communication skills and professionalism in engaging with dealers across various industries (automotive, agricultural, hospitality, retail) is essential.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • The ideal candidate will utilize industry-leading systems (AIMS) and client field apps on mobile devices to efficiently complete tasks.
  • Verification of VIN/serial numbers, odometer checks, and photography of assets will be a key responsibility.
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing comprehensive audit reports is crucial for this role.
  • Working independently across diverse retail locations and trading environments requires strong time management and organizational skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Availability for 5 days per month with flexible scheduling options.
  • A valid Driver's License is mandatory for this position.
  • Strong proficiency with mobile devices and technology systems is necessary for success.
  • The ability to work in various outdoor environments and maintain physical stamina is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in records and reports is required.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A satisfactory National Police Check is required for this role.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in automotive, agricultural, hospitality, retail, or real estate industries is desirable.
  • Background in financial services, audit, or compliance is beneficial.
  • Self-employed or contracting experience can be advantageous.
  • Field work experience, including trades, farming, courier, etc., can be valuable.
  • Experience with asset verification and tracking is highly regarded.
