Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to excel in data analysis and systems management.
  • The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, excellent analytical abilities, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data extraction and consolidation from HRIS (Dayforce) using strong data manipulation skills.
  • BUILDING automated models for weekly/monthly reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Analyzing HR data to provide valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Running and maintaining weekly reports for the organization.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Systems Specialist on integrations and project work.
  • SUPPORTING cyclical processes such as salary survey completion, bonus payments, remuneration reviews, and WGEA submissions.
  • Reviewing benchmarking methodologies (Aon/Radford) and managing job classifications across various roles.
  • Supporting the Vocus Benefits program including benefits administration and process management.
  • Supporting administrative tasks and contributing to overall delivery efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in advanced Excel features.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with a focus on efficiency.
  • Familiarity with key HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, L&D, performance, succession).
  • Basic understanding of HRIS design, information risk, and security.
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to analyze data to support business decisions.
  • Dedicated customer service and user experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good planning, organization, analytical, and decision-making skills.
