Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced EPMO Reporting and Systems Analyst to join our team in a 6-month contract within the public sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills and knowledge of systems and data, with experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver monthly reports, ensuring timely and quality expectations for project managers and stakeholders are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance Project Management Systems and reporting processes.
  • Analyse project data to provide valuable insights supporting the delivery of the organisation's project portfolio.
  • Owning data integrity in the Project Management System, providing training and support to users.

Requirements Include:

  • Tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Hyperion.
  • Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes, suggesting improvements to the wider team.
  • Initiative and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
